2. Packing Fees:
Photocard packing fee: ₱20 (Fits up to two photocards in one toploader).
Additional toploader: ₱7 each.
Album packing fee: ₱30.
3. Photocard Condition

4. Payment & Handling
There are no handling fees—we aim for a hassle-free transaction.
Photocards may be securely held for you as long as full payment has been made.
5. Shipping & Updates
No rush shipping: To ensure proper care and secure packaging, shipping may take time. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking numbers (TNs) will be provided once available. Kindly avoid spamming for updates to allow smooth processing.
6. Unboxing & Refund Policy
Refunds will only be honored with a raw unboxing video. Without video proof, complaints regarding items received will not be entertained.
7. Updated Contact Information
If you have updated your Telegram (TG), Carousell, or X username after submitting your order form, please inform us promptly to keep your records accurate.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Once items have been shipped, our shop is no longer liable for any courier-related issues. Please coordinate directly with the shipping provider for concerns.
